The Student Electoral Board (SEB) is the sole independent student body officially authorized and mandated to administer fair, credible, and orderly student government elections.

The said student organization bears the significant responsibility of ensuring that the voice of the entire PLS student population is equitably and faithfully represented. The Board oversees all stages of the election process, from setting and enforcing election rules to managing key timelines and logistical procedures.

Beyond administrative tasks, the SEB performs vital roles, such as the official accreditation of candidates, and crucially, ensures that vote counting and final proclamation processes are carried out with absolute transparency and impartiality.
